BREADED RANCH CHICKEN – so easy to make and it tastes great every time. Company coming to swim in an hour? All you need is chicken breasts, cornflakes, grated Parmesan cheese, butter and ranch salad dressing mix.
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
In a shallow bowl combine the cornflakes, cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip washed and dried chicken in butter. Then roll chicken in cornflake mixture to coat thoroughly. Place in greased 13 x 9 dish and bake, uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
